Janice M. Helde

Jan provides general litigation support to the firm. She specializes in construction and contract litigation, including enforcement of materialmen and maritime liens. Jan is also experienced in the collection of judgments, including attachments, garnishments and foreclosures of personal and real property. Additionally, she handles any probate matters that come to the firm. She holds a B.A. from the University of Washington and is a certified paralegal. Jan has been with the firm since 1993.
