Mary Danford Forsgaard

Ms. Forsgaard provides assistance in resolving problems arising in commercial real estate and business transactions. She drafts transactional and organizational documents; negotiates business agreements; supervises real estate loan closings for lenders and borrowers across the USA; and analyzes the effects of complex financing in affordable housing transactions. Her broad experience includes appraising commercial real estate and representing a certified development company in its Small Business Administration loan programs. An alumna of Stanford University and the University of Washington School of Law, Ms. Forsgaard is a member of the California and Washington State Bar Associations. She is active in CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Seattle and Sound. Ms. Forsgaard has been with the firm since 2005.
