Luke M. LaRiviere

Luke represents small and medium sized companies in a multitude of corporate matters including: entity formation, business planning and succession, operating and shareholder agreements, intellectual property protection and licensing, contract negotiation, financing and employment issues. Luke also counsels start-ups, and has extensive experience in commercial litigation and landlord tenant disputes. Luke is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, and serves on the Executive Committee of its Business Law Section. Luke is also a member of the Corporate Law Section of the Washington State Bar Association, and a member of the Rental Housing Association of Puget Sound. Luke graduated with honors from the University of Washington and Seattle University School of Law.
