Luke M. LaRiviere

Luke's practice focuses on dispute resolution of civil cases, including corporate law, property and real estate litigation and landlord/tenant issues. In addition, Luke has experience negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial contracts and advising start-ups and mature companies on a range of corporate matters including entity formation and structuring, financing, employment matters and intellectual property protection. Prior to joining Young deNormandie, P.C. Luke advised and defended corporate clients on employment related matters. Luke is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Rental Housing Association of Puget Sound.
