John G. Young

Mr. Young's practice focuses on business counseling and commercial law. He has extensive experience in counseling both start-up as well as mature companies as to legal and capital structures, property matters, transactions, creditor and debtor relations and dispute resolution. He also has considerable experience in structuring international transactions having represented clients in negotiations in Asia, Central and South America and the Middle East. Mr. Young is a graduate of the Boalt Hall School of Law of the University of California at Berkeley and is a member of the Alaska and Washington State Bar Associations.
