Chris M. Kang
Chris is part of the commercial real estate and business transactions group. His practice focuses on commercial real estate financing and leasing for projects nationwide, structuring complex business and real estate transactions, drafting and negotiating commercial leases and contracts, and counseling clients on related business matters. Prior to joining the firm, Chris practiced litigation and was the lead attorney for many successful settlements and trials. Chris is active in the community and serves on the board of directors for the Korean-American Bar Association of Washington, Joint Asian Judicial Evaluation Committee, and International District Housing Alliance (2009-2011). He is admitted to the Washington State Bar and the United States District Court, Western District of Washington. Chris received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. Chris joined Young deNormandie in 2012.
